Promoting New Projects – these promotions will place the product in the minds of clients and help stimulate demand.  Promotion activity can be on many levels, such as hotel exhibitions (exclusive), shopping malls and many strategic locations.  

Marketing – establishing client's demands and how various property development(s) can meet those requirements.  Analyzing the competition and positioning the project accordingly. 

Media Publicity - is a vital part of the program.  Exposure can be offered on all levels.

Advertising will bring the properties to the attention of the potential and existing clients.  SPHERE offers all levels of advertising from direct mailings/e-mail messages, flyers, brochures, personal contact etc.

Closure on Sales leads for cultivating prospective buyers will ultimately be in the hands of the developer/estate agent themselves.  Their direct contact details will be included on all branding, promotions and advertising.  However, there will be instances where SPHERE will need to provide local one-to-one contact with the purchaser to close the sale.  These instances will not be included in the standard 12 month PR/Marketing Programme and can be dealt with on a case by case basis.
