SPHERE PR & Marketing Plan - Platinum

PROPERTY SHOWS & SEMINARS

2 Property Shows back-to-back (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) to be conducted over a 12 month period, to include the following activities:

  • Organizing all aspects of event logistics including venue selection and booking, liaising with hotel/venue, catering and accommodation, organizing branding.
  • Drafting and issuing 2 press releases for the event 1 pre-release and 1 post-release.
  • Organizing photography at event.
  • Press briefing at 1 of the road shows for 2-3 media titles.
  • Advertising: 4 ads to be placed in most widely read local daily newspaper – 1 week in advance, 2 days in advance and 1 each show day.
  • Seminars: to be held around the Property Shows. Invitations issued via Sphere’s database of 10,000 potential clients. Optional: Client will have the opportunity to employ an individual nominated by Sphere to follow up leads.

Advertising

  • A total of 12 ads per year to be placed into selected daily media.
  • 6 ads in relevant bi-monthly Gulf wide publications e.g property and investment titles.

Low Key Events – below the line activity

Presence in shopping malls distributing flyers to passers-by - 8 per year. 

Media Relations

Regular drumbeat of activity including the following:

  • 1 press release a month.
  • 1 feature article written and placed in relevant title per quarter.
  • 2 press conferences per year.
  • Advance features – researching opportunities for participation in features written in relevant publications.
  • Industry/competitor analysis.
  • Monthly activity and clippings report.

The Sphere Management fee for The Platinum Program is fixed at €12,500. All 3rd party expenses including the cost of ads, material, venue hire, couriers etc are additional to this fee.
